I'm a compassionate, very conscientious, dedicated, patient and professional caregiver, home health aid, and CNA with excellent work ethics. I pay attention to details, and provide peace of mind to families knowing that their loved ones are in good hands. Highly sought out, and requested by the same clients. When I worked for EHM Senior Solutions, all of my long-term clients would rather not have anyone else come in from the company when I was not available. With all of my clients that needed 24 hour care and had several caregivers, I was the only one asked to stay on assignment when they no longer needed 24 hour care. Lastly, I had a client that was put in Hospice Care and was given 3 days to live. After 1 month of starting the assignment, my client graduated from Hospice, and his family is very happy.

I have been a CNA for 20 years. I enjoy helping and working with our Seniors because they have taught me a lot over the years. I have experience working in homes, nursing homes, hospitals and I also have 5 years experience working for Hospice. I am Certified in CPR and First Aid. I am patience, dependable, neat and clean. I love to cook also. I am a non smoker, non drinker, I have a good driving record and I have a excellent background. I have experience working with Alzheimer's, Dementia, stroke, cancer patients, brain injuries, Parkinson, diabetes, ALS, patients with feeding tubes, Foley Catheters,, Tracheas, and vents. I'm a kind person that's blessed with patience and compassion for giving care to those in need. I was introduced to caregiving when I was hired to assist my mom with an amputee patient. I later helped take care of my grandparents whom were both ill at the same time which inspired me to start being a full time caregiver. I really enjoy being a caregiver a job that your able to make a difference in a clients everyday living. a relationship you just cant explain with your client or patient depends on level of care. I became a can in 1991 lookin for a different career path then . worked in nursing rehabilitation home for 3 years learned so much . I did work in for agencies for in home visits as well for the next 7 years. I continued my education in Georgia to become a cma certified medical assistant. Some things I feel that makes me a great caregiver is my integrity, punctuality, reliability, and my ability to observe and learn my clients pretty quickly. What attracts me to being a caregiver in particularly is I am passionate about helping the elderly because I've witnessed the negligence that elder people endure. For example, I have a client who is cognitive impaired and is living in a nursing facility. On several occasions I've stopped nurses from giving her the wrong medications, amongst other things. Hello, My name is Jessica and I've been an LPN for 4 almost 5years. What made me become a nurse, is when my grandmother had a stroke which caused her to walk and talk all over again. I gained interest in learning how to make the recovery possible and would help her with bathing and other needs that I could assist with. From that point, my mind was set into becoming a nursing once I grew up and finished school. I made that possible in 2013, after graduating I've been working with geriatrics since I've become a nurse. I love working with the elderly, and helping those in need of regaining their physical abilities. My most honorable achievement is becoming a successful nurse and a mother of 3 handsome boys, which is my world. I am in process of going back to school to gain my Associates in RN.

I have worked in the medical field for over 20 years. I really enjoy my work because I really enjoy helping people.My Mom was a nurse for over twenty years and I believe she passed the love of helping people on to me. Working with people comes naturally to me because I am a people person and I treat everyone the way I would like to be treated.

I choose this job because I care about others and I want to be able to help someone who is not able to help themselves. What inspires me is to watch my 70 year old mom get up early in the morning and get out there no matter what type of pain that she is in. I also love what I do as a CNA.
