I have been working with the senior population since my teenage years. I am kind and compassionate. My goal is to help seniors maintain as much independence as possible but to be able to live safely in their home.

I began working in assisted living in 2003. I am CNA trained, HHA trained, Alzheimer's and Dementia trained. I took my CNA at Grand Vue in East Jordan MI.

Caregiving provides me with joy and satisfaction in knowing that I can make a positive difference for someone else. I am a mother of three teenage sons and I was an elemenatary and middle school teacher for 20 years. I left my career as a teacher during the pandemic when my family and I decided to make a lifestyle change. We are from the Metro Detroit area, but we decided that our cottage in Northern Michigan is where we are all happiest. In 2021 we officially made East Jordan our home and it was the best choice we could've made.

I am currently seeking a full time client to care for... child, adult or elderly. Experienced caring for all ages. 2 - 24 hours are offered for care, as well as a full team of caregivers prepared to assist when needed. Professional credentials of our team consist of RN, LPN, CENA, CHPNA, CMT, and CMH certified. We are well experienced in providing services for the aged, Dementia and Alzheimer's care, developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injury, ALS and Parkinson's, cancer, as well as Community Mental Health certified clients with physical/emotional impairments. Care is offered based off of the CLIENT'S needs - maybe it's just companionship your loved one needs, or may it be total care requiring round the clock caregivers - we're here to accommodate you. Hiring a small team of caregivers has several benefits but one of the most being, consistency. You will never have a stranger in your home, and you will *always* have a staff schedule on hand to know exactly who is coming in and when. We take pride in providing the BEST care for our clients and their families through all journeys of life. We will be by your side from admission, to Dr. appointments, activities out in the community, hospitalization, respite care, Hospice/Palliative/End of Life and through the grieving process. We also assist with funeral arrangements as well as taking any/all calls needed (if that time comes) to relieve the family of these tasks.
