I've been in the medical field for over 25 years half of that I was employed at McLaren Hospital in the Heart Unit as a cardiac Tech /CNA .The last 10 years I have worked in home / hospice care and that is when I truly found my calling ,I absolutely love it .I am loyal, honest and definitely dependable and we all know how important that is when looking for a care giver. The journey that we took for the last 6 months was very special and I am proud that I had the chance to be there every step of the way right next to her and make a difference. I understand that the people I provide care for are on a difficult and at times, emotionally stressful journey. I pride myself in keeping to a consistent work schedule because I understand that my clients depend on me for assistance. I'm also adaptable to client emergencies or changes to schedules. Answer to the question, what am I most proud of??? I have to say its my boys.. I got to bring up two amazing fabulous sons to being productive independent men, while working as a single mom. They make me proud.

I enjoy effectively communicating with others and causing a positive impact in their life. I enjoy helping people achieve to live the best life possible in a safe and comfortable environment. I enjoy the companionship and building a relationship with others where they know they will be taken care of as if they were my family. My most valuable personal achievement would be obtaining an award for a 5 year hospice volunteer award for dedicating my time to families who need assistance.

I love to see people happy and reach their goals in whatever they may be at that time in their life. If I can make someones day a little better that makes my day better.
