Hi there. My name is Breanna, but you can call me Bre. Prior to caregiving, I was in the US Army as a Religous Affairs Specialist. After the army I had no idea what I wanted to do, I found a caregiving job in Austin, TX. I absolutely fell in love with it. I adore getting to know people's life and past and even getting to know their family members. I have a great heart and I'm very passionate at what I do. My greatest accomplishment was when I worked with a 104 year old who become my best friend, she would always come to me anytime she had a problem because she knew I would figure it out. When I moved from Austin to Fort Worth, she would call me everyday and tell me to come back. It made me happy I had such an impact on her life! I'm happiest when working as a caregiver.

I have worked off and on since 1985 caring for the elderly. I am available weekly Monday through Thursday for a 10/12 hour shift each day, either days or nights. I am available also for working a 7 day shift opposite another who works the other 7 days. It Is much easier having 2 caregivers and makes the Senior's life easier. We get to know their likes and dislikes, the routine stays the same and the family is more comfortable knowing the care givers. I cared for both of my parents and find Care Giving for the Elderly to be very rewarding by giving then the chance to remain at home in comfortable surroundings. I have 10 years with Dementia/Alzheimer's Care, 20+years with Diabetic Care. I love to cook and light housekeeping is no problem. I drive to appointments, shopping and just a drive itself. I'm very experienced with shopping for the Senior and always try to follow their likes. I have my CPR(Adult/Child/Infant/Choking) AED/First-Aid/Bloodborne Pathogens Certificate.

im a very dependable person to provide care to love one not only because i enjoy what i do but i love the feeling and thought of how i help patients major and feel better about life. im a mother of two wounderful children name gabriela and carlos which i love dearly. i feel to work as a care giver i believe and feel that you should treat people loved ones like if they where your loved ones . im a cna ive worked in nursing since the age of 19 years old ive worked as an laundry aide first job ever in a nursing home. then moved from that to dish washer then moved from dish washer to asst. which i love each job but wanted to move up as an nurses aide. which ive been a nurses aide for almost 6 years ive worked at three nursing home out of my whole life but which my first nursing job at legend healthcare i was there for almost 3 yrs then the next for 4 years then my current job for almost 2. i feel that im a good person for homehealth jobs because i treat everyones loved ones as if they are family, i do not call in at all unless im really really not able to get out of bed as in cant walk. And i enjoy seeing patients smile after providing care to them .
