I have been a caregiver for 35 years. I have an adult son with disabilities. I have two sets of aging parents who need help. I also have a sister who I provide care for. I am a reliable, dedicated, self-driven individual. I have 2 beautiful, snuggly granddaughters who rock my world! I enjoy, crafts, camping, reading, and helping others.

Caring for 24 Individuals with various physical and mental health disabilities and being a role model, caregiver, big brother, and their Residential Director for 7 years. Each patient becomes my top priority. Their individual needs are evaluated and using my expertise from years of training, I develop relationships that make patients feel safe, secure, and well taken care of. I go over and beyond to see patient improvements each day. Sometimes this requires working with assigned medical staff to give them my care plan. i feel honored to be able to help and assist others. My compassionate nature and my love to help others drew me to this line of work. i believe it is a very important job and its also rewarding to serve the elderly and disabled.

I've been a Registered Nurse for 16 years and my profession has suited me, since I'm a very compassionate. Before becoming a nurse I was a nursing assistant for 10 years and I just enjoy taking care of people. I mostly enjoy taking care of the elderly. Elderly have so much to offer and I enjoy their stories and spending time with them.

I am very patient and calm. I try to engage the resident in conversation. I take my time to be sure they have can get a good meal and enjoy themselves. I can do many things to occupy their time and help them have things to do. I am totally dedicated to the resident and what they need.
