I've been in the nursing field for 5+ years. Getting the inspiration and drive when I was 10years old with assisting my grandmother who was recovering from breast cancer surgery. Through out these years, I've learned many things when it comes to the care of providing for clients. Im a very reliable, hardworking and trustworthy person.

I have been working in the medical field since I was 18 years of age. My great grandmother who passed from dementia is how I became a health care giver. My passion is to help comfort, love and support those who are in need.

I spent 11 years in the military in which I was honorably discharged at the end of 2012. I completed and received an associate degree in art while serving. I continued my education while being unemployed from the time I was released from the military until April of 2013 and earned a bachelor degree in psychology. A week later I began practical nursing school and graduated top of my class a year later and was rewarded the leadership award. I passed my state board and earned my Practical Nursing license with an IV certification. I have since worked as an admission nurse, hospice nurse, agency nurse, floor nurse, managed a long term care facility, and was a day shift manager as well as a day shift unit supervisor. I recently completed my associate's degree in science in nursing and am waiting to sit for boards for my registered nursing license. I am looking to slowly transition from the facility setting into private duty helping people in their home setting.
