Hello to whom the is may concern, I've been working in the health field since 2009 and I love what I do. I've always had a passion for helping others. I currently work as a CNA providing private duty work. I am a mother of 5 children and two dogs whom I love so much. My dream is to one day open up and run my daycare business.

I am a caring and loving person who enjoys helping others. I have been in the healthcare field for 10 years and am currently pursuing my RN BSN. I was a wellness assistant at an assisted living residence where I became attracted to being a caregiver. I then became a Rehab Tech at an LTACH which further secured my desire to care for others. I most enjoy the relationship and trust I develop with the clients. My most proud achievement was assisting the therapist with treatment of a TBI patient and seeing all the hard work we endured pay off with the patient walking in the doors of our faculty when the level was dependent upon arrival to the hospital.

Hello, my name is Kimberly and I have been a caregiver, companion or sitter for over 30 years now and I believe that patience is a necessity in this field, and it is one thing that has helped me be a great caregiver. My siblings and I was raised by my grand-aunt while at the same time she was caring for us, she was also the primary caregiver for her mother, which was our grandmother. My aunt took care of my grandmother without any outside help, because back then there were no agencies that would come to the home and render care, just as there were no adult disposable briefs, just cloth. My aunt took care of my grandmother at home until she passed away at 100 years old. Thats what attracted me to being a caregiver. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is letting those who I care for know, that they are important and valued. I enjoy making those I care for feel comfortable and relaxed. I really enjoy it when I can get a gut laugh or at least a smile once a day, because laughing is healing. Overall, what I truly enjoy most about being a caregiver is the rewarding feeling that I get when I know that I have made someone's day a little brighter, because I never know when that day comes, when I will need the same in return, so it humbles me. The personal achievement that I am most proud of is when my aunt received a diagnoses of Alzheimer's and I without hesitation quit my job to take care of my aunt at home full-time. I gave her the same loving and compassionate care that I witnessed her give to my grandma. I took care of my aunt without help, for the last 12 years of her life until she passed away at 101 years old, at home. That is my highly valued personal achievement that I am most proud of in life because, I did it!

I found out early on that caring for other people was my strong suit. I nannied infants for years and then moved on to working with elderly clients. I am familiar with Alzheimer's and dementia care, as well as Parkinson's care. I currently work part time for a woman and from my position with her I have experience with incontinence care of bowel and bladder, medication administration, feedings via Gtube, breathing treatments, and asthma care. I have a passion for this field of work and enjoy working with clients and their family members. My goal is to always respect personal wishes and keep a strong communication amongst clients and family to provide the best care.

I have been a caregiver for 3 years and worked with a lot of people, I am currently going to school to be a nurse because I believe this is my calling. I am passionate at what I do and put my clients a priority to make them feel loved, respected and important. From being a caregiver I have gotten to know so many stories learned more about life, history, know so many great families and gotten some great advice from my clients which makes me enjoy it all. I'm 29yrs old I've been in health care since 2014 my very first job I was taking care of patients with intellectually disabled Disease I absolutely loved it I love redirecting and educating. Then In 2016 my grandmother was diagnosed with cancer and she was needing a caregiver she Pacifically wanted someone that has patience, loyalty and reliability and someone that generally cares about helping an . All that sounded like a job for me so I went in got my CNA certificate nursing assistant. Ever since I've been in nothing but the medical field and I love it here i didn't choose this life it chose me I love Jesus.

I have been. Medical Assistant for 25 years working I doctors offices. I have always had that personality that want a to help someone else, so I became a caregiver about 5 years ago and love it. Both of my aunts had breast cancer a year apart I took them to chemo and to all of their appointments, they are both in remission now, so I would say that was my personal achievement was being there with them and was able to get them through the worst times of their lives.
