I have been a care provider for 27 years. I have plenty of experience in many areas of caregiving.

I have been a certified nurse assistant for almost 8 years and I love it. I never dread work and I always find myself smiling. I love caring for people and having them look at me with trust. I have 2 beautiful children who count on only me and they are also proud of what I do.

I have been a caretaker all my life. I have 3 grown children. I took care of my uncle that was a veteran for 3 years before he passed. He had dementia. I have been a home heath care worker for 2 years. I love to sit and talk with my clients and find out things about them. I enjoy getting them out of the house if possible for ice cream. What makes me a great caregiver is that I am a very homely down to earth type person. Very patient and hardworking. I a care a lot about other people. Especially our elderly family members, because.. hey they took care someone their self once. I think people deserve the best of attention and care because in improves their quality of life and they get to stay in their comfort zone. I love to spend time with elderly people and listen to what they have to say. It allows be to be able to make sure that I know they are treated like human beings and that all of their needs are taken care of. My 2 personal achievements that I have completed in home health so far was staying with 2 people for many years each until the passed away. They became my best friends and then family.

My name is Tyler and I'm a 22 year old college student. I consider myself to be kind, having tremendous amount of patience, very understanding towards others, and a great listener. I'm very soft spoken and dedicated in helping others with things they need. I believe that my job as a caregiver helps me gain some experience for my future career as a Nurse and I enjoy working with individuals and their families, as well as, brightening up their day by being there for them.
