Im upbeat, energetic, silly by nature, understanding and compassionate. I can be a strong leader and motivate others but I tend to do it through a combination of reason meets humour. I love the outdoors and love helping others stay independent. I know what its like to be on the recieving side of care so it really means a lot to me to preserve dignity and be a friend to my clients. I have extensive experience and training, am prompt and dependable. I am a problem solver and athough my demeanor is best described as silly, I am a professional and conduct myself as such. I am proud of a great many accomplishments throughout my career, my greatest achievment is my ability to help someone go from being about to be placed into a long term care facility, to being completely able to function on their own without me. A little know how, hard work, time, and TLC can go a long way to restoring independence.

In my short life, I've taken care of my elderly grandmother which was a wonderful thing because I got to spend time with her. I think that's what attracted me to wanting to be a caregiver is seeing the face of someone that doesn't get company then finally they do.

I have been a CNA for almost 15 yrs. I have experience in every area. I've worked in hospitals, long term care facilities, home health, hospice and I've worked with every age. I love taking care of people more than anything. It is truly my calling and I'm extremely compassionate about it. I am honest, trustworthy, and kind. I always try to make my patients smile.

I'm a great caregiver cause I care about to well being of my residents and make sure they are well too care of and am there when they need someone to talk to .I've grow up around nurses and doctors and specifically my momshes a lpn and she worked at nursing home and assisted living places and I would volunteer during the summer and the outings and then I became a housekeeper at my moms job and then became a caregiver

I have ALWAYS enjoyed being needed and helping others out. I would be the girl running to grab bandaids for my friends if they needed one. Iv always been caring and enjoy caring for others. That is a big part of my personality ! It is so enjoyable to be involved in elderly lives ! I find it so rewarding to help those who have lived their life. What a privilege it is and while they might be done living their "best" life, I enjoy bringing them ease and comfort. A part of me feels like I help them enjoy life even though it's not the life they use to have. I have worked with clients on chemo, altimeters, dementia, and gastrointestinal disorders. It has shown me how you come off and say things make a HUGE difference in their every day life. I like to keep it as simple as possible, as stress free as possible, and as comfortable as possible.
