My name is SaKaiya, I've lived in Florida all my life. Since I've graduated high school I've been always wanted to get into the field for caring for others. I've done childcare which was amazing now I'm doing adult/senior care. I do have minimum to little experience. But I will make sure the patient will get all the care that they need!

I became a caregiver because I enjoy making others feel better when they are not well or unable to care for themselves. I enjoy every aspect of caring for others, it brings me so much joy just to see the look on each patients face when they know they have someone there they can depend on. My greatest personal achievement would have to be obtaining my certificate so that I may further my career in healthcare as I plan to return to school to obtain my RN. I am a well balanced person that is very independent and passionate about her work. I am goal oriented and focused on achieving my goals.

I became a Caregiver because I enjoy helping others. What I like about being a Caregiver is being able to put a smile on someone face, knowing that i was able to help them in any way. A personal achievement I am proud of is being to work so that way I can pay for some college classes. Im an out going person, I work well with others. I'm Bilingual Speaking both English and Creole. When I'm not busy at work or with homework, I enjoy spending time with my family.

Being a caregiver ( HHA)for 6 years has helped me in so many ways, I have worked mostly Private Duty I love what I do in helping each client I've ever worked with. Taking care of sick people that needs my help gives me joy in my heart and it let me know they need people to work with them that care. I am now one week away from becoming A CNA and furthering My career I am currently waiting on my Test date from Prometric

i have a passion to help people and assure them I cares. I've been a live in caretaker since 2011. The person I take care of was born unable to walk he's been in a wheelchair all his life. I'm very passionate about caring for people. My personal achieve I'm proud of when he thought of giving up I gave him hope to live by assuring God loves him and so do I. we do almost everything together. I've thought him to be independent once I've I get him up and ready to start his day he's in his wheelchair and enjoying life.

What makes me a great caregiver is I have extensive hands-on experience and I enjoy what I do. That's the reason I decided to go back to school for nursing so I can help my elderly patients even more. I enjoy being a caregiver because, you never know what the next day holds for you. Most people enjoy having to wake up to do the exact same thing everyday I don't. With elderly patients they wake up with a different agenda everyday which makes working with them exciting. Hearing their stories and how things where when they were teens are so interesting. What made me decide to become a caregiver in the first place, was the fact that I was raised by my grandparents. I've always been around the elderly and that's all I pretty much know is to take care of them and love them. It takes a caring and patient person to work with elderly patients and I'm the right person for that.

I've always had a passion for taking care of Elder people. I had the pleasure of caring for my elderly grandpa in Alabama as a child. And said to my grandpa I'm going to have a nurse just like me when I'm older so empathy and compassion and ADL is very important to me
