Hello, my name is Takia Hill, and I proudly provide (medical) services to those in need of care by offering a complete range of personal support and companionship services. I provide patients with one-on-one care in the privacy and comfort of their house or senior living community. I assist with day-to-day activities, including bathing, grooming, bathroom assistance, assistance with walks, gym time, and physical therapy. I also provide hands-on service with transportation and meal preparation according to patients' plans and needs. I Provide direct and indirect patient care, Transport patients, via wheelchair or accompany ambulatory patients, and transfer and offer assistance during moving of patients into and out of wheelchairs, toilets, beds, and other equipment.
