Hello, my name is Jasmin Woolfolk and I am excited to begin caring for your loved ones. I have been a caregiver for over fifteen years. I have a passion for helping people in any way that I can. That includes physically, mentally, and emotionally. I enjoy most being able to provide care that an individual or family member is in actual need of. What attracted me to become a caregiver the last 6 years is when I was little girl my grandmother needed more help around the house and full filling her regular routine. Growing up my father needed the same help as he was bed bound I refused to let him go to a nursing home so I made sure to help him in anyway I could. The main thing that I enjoy most about being a caregiver is knowing that families loved ones are being taken care of and not being neglected or abused. It makes me feel whole that I can bring light back into someone's life wether it be just providing companionship or making my clients feel they are not alone. One of my biggest personal achievements I am proud of would be being a mom, taking care of my kids and also having the extra passion to take care of someone else warms my heart.

Hello, My name is Pavielle my Personality traits that help me be a great caregiver is my patience im a mother of 6 so it comes naturally with the daily tasks. Im also a very compassionate. I also have a great sense of human as well. When I was 23 my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer and I was with her every step of the way as her caregiver which made fall in love with the caregiving field because I love to help others. To be able to be the person that someone accepts help from is an honor because I know it's often hard to accept help. I became a caregiver because I knew when I was 10 years old this is what I wanted to do, my mom had to have a major stomach surgery and her incision got infected so the home health nurse came to the out everyday to repack and clean the wound out, I would help the nurse bloody gauze and nasty stuff everywhere but it didn't gross me out, I make an amazing caregiver because I always put myself in a different pair of shoes , what if it was my mother, father, or grandparent? How would I want them to be treated? I am very proud of myself for having that mentality. I thrive off of making my clients/patients smile every single day.

I love people, especially elders and children. I enjoy working with people and most enjoy jobs where I have one-on-one interaction with others. I like making someone smile and doing little things to make a person's day better.

Hi all! Ever since I was little I knew I had a passion for nursing. Working in nursing homes and now home care has reassured me, nursing is the job for me! What I love about being a caregiver is the one-on-one time. I am allowed to really get to know a person, not just read their charts and talk strictly medical history. Home-care allows me to create a relationship that is unable to be made anywhere else.
