I became a caregiver at the age of 17 helping my great grandmother. I transitioned into the health care field at the age of 18; I've worked in numerous health care facilities and hospice facilities. I've managed a 6 man group home for the last 4 years with only minuscule issues. Regardless of the fact that I have children at home I'm quite flexible with scheduling although I would love to work mornings while my children are at school, it's not a must and I have no problem doing overtime.
