Let me start by telling you how I got into health care. My mother Died in 2017 and it made me want to be a CNA so I could help take care of other peoples parents and grand parents being I'll never get the oppurtunity to take care of my mother in her elderly years. Im a mother to 4 wonderful children who i spend all my time with when im not working to improve our lives. I enjoy being around the elderly and taking care of them. I love listening to their stories of how they grew up and learning from their past experinces. I think the achievement im most proud of is pushing myself to go to school to be a CNA. I look forward to going back and getting my CNA 2 and medication certificate.

I am a wife, mother of 4, and registered nurse. I substitute nurse in an area private school. My belief is that I would make a terrific senior care giver as I have a dear love of elderly people . I would be most interested in daytime care that might include walking, driving to appts, shopping with or for and meal preparation as well . Pets are no problem. Limited to daytime and early eve on a part time basis.

My "first career" consisted in working for the government for 18 years as a contacting officer, which I retired from in 2005. This did not fulfill my needs and passion to be in the healthcare community, which I always secretly longed to do. Earned a bachelor Degree in kinesiology: exercise science which is the study of the human body movement. I care about health, nutrition, and fitness. With that degree, i've learned ways to help with cardiovascular health problems, lower blood pressure, and things in that sort. I am a hard working, dedicated man. Full committed to any task I begin. Once was a quarterback of a collegiate team, so I know how to be held accountable, and lead others. I want to help others become the best version of themselves. I enjoy helping and giving back to other the same as my family did for me and others around the community and seeing that type of love from my parents and family always stuck with me to do the same for others. 1) Why did you decide to become a CNA? •I decided to become a CNA because I have compassion for people who are sick or can't help themselves. I know how it feels to need someone so I feel like it's my job to help people and be there for them. 2) Who is your biggest hero? • God is my biggest hero. Without him I wouldn't have the strength to help anyone! Without him I wouldn't be who I am today. My mom is also my hero as well but nobody is greater than God. 3) What is your favorite food and what do you like to cook. • I don't have a favorite food because I LOVE all foods!
