I became a CNA in 1997 when my aunt was in a nursing home. I saw all the folks that needed love and care and thought I would give it a try. Well 2014 I am still a caregiver and can not imagine doing anything else. I have worked in Long Term Care, Home Health Agencies , Group Homes and private duty. My favorite being private duty with one on one care. I love helping people with their everyday needs and try to put some spice in their life by taking them out or offering fun activities in the home. I am willing to travel away from home, currently all my clients are in Centre County.

I just finished 4 months of an internship in a nursing home and in a hospital (orthopedic floor) for occupational therapy. I am currently studying for my boards to become licensed. I have experience with dementia patients and orthopedics primarily but have some experience with strokes.
