I grew up in an extended family in the Philippines where we care for our elders as customary. I am very caring, responsible, hard working, careful & have a happy personality that my clients enjoyed. I used to teach school and good with kids but my passion is really for the elders. It is a very rewarding feeling at the end of the day when I know that I gave my very best to help to my client. I love to cook/prep meal, travel, run errands, and do fun things with my client. I will be a good companion & very dependable around my clients.

I became a caregiver in 2004 because I'd spent the last few years of my grandmother's life helping her while she suffered with dementia. I saw how important it was for them to have someone there to help them with the day to day when family couldn't be. Then after I got into the profession my love for helping others just grew. To see the joy it brings to the person to sometimes just have someone there for a companion. I've been working in child care since 2019 and intend to stay there but I've also began part time home health again since July 2021 and am so thankful that I did. In the last year I have 5 of the absolute most wonderful families that I love going to see, helping them makes my heart smile. One client even tells his wife, "I'm sure glad she's coming today because I miss her, she's a sweet little girl". I feel such a connection with my clients that to me, they aren't just clients, they are family?

I grew up under the wing of a great South African occupational therapist. Homehealth was her passion. Through the years I learned so much from my mother. All food related illnesses are curable. We are what we eat. Cancer can be cured and I have help people to be cancer free. With guidance and strenght we can cure our body and mind. I believe in a healthy holistic lifestyle. I'm a certified Yoga teacher. Yoga teach us to have self-control and self-discipline. Be kind to others, love each other deeply, be humble, trustworthy and have cleanliness. To be still and breathe. The Lord has put it on my heart to serve and help our precious elderly in the golden age on their spiritual journey to their next life. Helping people to be cancer free brings me the biggest joy. It's like Spring when life returns in them.

I am a friendly, knowledgeable person, who genuinely cares about others. When beginning with others I am often quick to gauge the best methods of approach. It is incredibly hard - even for the most open among us - to admit the need for assistance -much less open up our home, lives and failing bodies and minds to a stranger. I've had many introductions in my years and Ive become pretty good with the "Icebreaker". There are situations where acceptance is a bit more complicated, but, some of my best work relationships are forged in slow starts. I come from an example of honor and love in caring for others.-my Mother has spent her entire life, since 5 yrs. old making a difference to someone in need. She has been in nursing and caregiving since she was 5 years old helping her great aunt who ran a home for elderly widows. She is now 70 years old and continues to work with grateful families and patients. There is hardly anything I can't ask her when I get stumped in helping one of my clients. There are occasions and things the medical teams aren't familiar with, nor will they share which can be of benefit to someone suffering. In closing , I believe it is my mission here to be of service to those I may help; and my desire is that each of those individuals know that it is my privilege to be of help to them . I am a 32 year old female been a Care giver for 12years have active CNA license . Worked at UT health east Jacksonville tx ,Christus, Rusk State Hospital, home health and CURRENTLY a Travel Hospice aide. That iOVE TO DO! Just looking for a part time job. Paying cash money .
