I have been working in the medical field as a Certified Restorative nurse Aide for over 20 years. I enjoy taking care of those who struggle with daily life skills. I've worked with Patients who deal with alzheimer's disease, depression, psychological or mental health problems. I was trained to obtain my Psychiatric Nurse Aide certification as an employee for Vernon state hospital, also Abilene state Supported living Center. I believe that With the yrs of experience I obtain i am more than qualified to do this job.

What makes me a great caregiver. Is that I've been doing this for more than 12 years. Love working around the elderlies. I'm the type person that I treat them as there were family. I get attached and my last client I had I was with that person for 9 years till she pass.. I treated her like she was my family as her family treated me the sane.

One Of My Great personality traits is that I'm very patient supportive and compassionate and trustworthy. What attracted me to be a caregiver is me loving the elderly ! My Personal achievement is me taking care of my household and my son with very little support !

I'm Maegan I'm 30, going on 45ish, and have two beautiful kids KJae and Dax. Those two have had me on my toes since day one, not so fun all the time ha ha but is one of the reasons I learned of myself many traits required in this field, such as nurturing, empathetic, fast moving ha ha , responsible with such great attention to detail. I'm also very energetic most of the time and am I normally on the go. This brings me to the next two questions, being constantly able to stay busy when in home caretaking is an advantage because there is always something can be done even while you're client is at rest. I own and operate an on the side housekeeping business for going on 15 years, meaning cleaning and cleanliness are a big must for me and my surroundings. I have every intention to keep my client as hygienically clean and properly appearing as well as maintaining a clean sanitary living space. What brought me to caretaking started when I began to have to help my own grandparents and with every day chores and responsibilities and has turned into a passion of mine. My purpose in life is to help, make a difference is a positive aspect in someone's life and with a genuine intention. Caretaking isn't something you do, normally, because of the wage. It's unlivable to be honest for all local companies, it's something you do because "they" need you (clients, families,etc.) and I need them. When I help a client do tasks and they show appreciation as though you just saved their life, that is true care. When I clean the whole home, organize and make things logically easier for them and help them to get worry less about the mundane daily stuff and relax and elevate their quality of life, and they love you for it, that makes me feel as if my purpose in life has been fulfilled. I love helping and making a difference, basically. Ha ha

I am a nursing student. I am a certified Nursing Assistant. I am Certified in Basic Life Support or CPR. I have found a passion in working with geriatric patients. It takes a lot of patience and caring. I enjoy the feeling I get of knowing I'm caring for someones mother or father, the way I would want if roles were reversed.

I have had been a caregiver to my own Mom who passed away 2016. I took care of her 24/7 daily baths, hair grooming, toilet needs and feeding her every 3 meals. I have in the past taken care of other Elderly people. I am a loving and devoted person with a big heart. I always wamted to be. Nurse, I have worked in the Medical Field as a Assistant and loved my job fir years. I enjoy making them happy for the day and they deserve the best treatment. I have been a compationate person all my life and took care of grandparents on their death beds. I grew fond of my Aunt whom was a nurse she tought me alot.

I am very caring and devote ed to the client and try to be as helpful to family as possible knowing the hardship they are facing. I started wanting to be a caregiver when I saw how much mother inlaws care giver ment to her . I wanted to make some one know that there was someone that would always be there for them. I was most thankful for the experience of caring for a client and his wife until the death of both 2 months apart and being there for them until the end so they weren't alone .I love being a caregiver because it makes me feel needed.
