I'm a great caregiver because I have worked with so many different people I am able to adapt to their individual needs. I have an outgoing personality and I enjoy making people feel special. I started caregiving when I was young. I have one uncle who was born with epilepsy and he's mentally handicapped. When working with my last client I streamlined the time card process and I also found misuse of the clients debit card by one of the other employees. I also started a few different procedures for everyone to fallow so we could be more consistent with his care.
