Hello, I'm Jennafer. I previously worked for a VA Medical Center as a nurses aid. I loved my job, unfortunately I moved and it was too far in distance. I am CPR certified, and have experience with most common elderly illnesses and diseases. I worked with a lot of patients suffering from either dementia, Alzheimer's, diabetes, urinary, respiratory, cardiopulmonary, restorative, and more. I absolutely enjoy making people happy and being part of people's lives, which is one reason I believe makes me great at care giving. I love to talk and companionship is a big plus for me in the healthcare field. I am very compassionate about the care I provide and I enjoy the friendships I get to make. I am always looking for ways and opportunities to better my skills and care. Just for a little extra info, I do speak some spanish, however not too fluent; I also play several musical instruments in which I got to share music with some of the residents I cared for. I am an excellent worker, friend, and companion and I hope to get the opportunity to show and express it to you and your loved one(s)!

I am understanding and compassionate I enjoy listening to people and the stories they like to share. I enjoy gardening, walking, playing cribbage, cards or doing puzzles. I've been in the care giving field for 10 plus years, and enjoy it. I enjoy helping others, and making a difference in people lives. My name is Paryese Becker. I am a hairdresser and owned a shop in my house for 14 years. I've been married for over 29 years and have raised four children, When they went to college, I did also. I successfully received my degree in AAS and became a COTA. I also took care of my terminally ill daughter who passed away in 2016 from brain cancer. I have word four years as an activities director for an assisted living facility. Also, I have recently opened a coffee lounge .

I became a caregiver because I have always wanted to help others, it makes me feel good about myself to know that I have helped and improved someone's life. I am proud of myself because I have accomplished and improved so much in the health and happiness of they people I have worked for. I love my job and I am happy to wake up and go to work everyday, because to me it doesn't feel like a job and its something I enjoy.
