I have over fifteen years of experience in caregiver but to be honest I have been a caregiver since I was eight years. My mother was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis when I was just a child. I willingly gave up my childhood to ensure my mother was cared for to the best of my ability. Being her companion as a daughter and a caregiver really gave me joy and allowed me to recognize my purpose at a young age. I love what I do and I take proud in helping those in need. I guess the main question would be why should I be a good candidate for the position offered. Well I believe I am one of the best caregivers only because I have dedicated my entire life to improving and enjoying caring for others. This has allowed me to be the woman I am today. Growing up as a child my grandma took me in where my parents abandoned me, she later in life became sick and unable to do for herself. I took care of her & in doing as such I felt an amazing feeling in do it. I'm 6'2ft 275lbs so if there's trouble moving around I can easily assist the clients in doing so. I'm also certified through the Red Cross in administering first Aid & CPR.

I became a caregiver because I wanted to help people and give back to the community. Something about taking care of people so they can stay in their homes rather than a facility makes me happy it warms my heart.
