I have experienced the loss of my mother to two horrible illnesses, pulmonary fibrosis and dementia. I watched my older sister become my mothers fulltime caregiver, and learned that everything done with tender love, care , and grace helps not only the patient, but also gives peace and comfort to those closest to them. Knowing that my mother was well taken care of gave me a big sense of peace and helped me enjoy her last moments knowing that she had the best care she could of ever had. Nursing as an RN for 17 years. Had several back surgeries and retired in 2012 and now wish to return to work as a senior care provider. My nursing specialty was in geriatrics the elderly. Enjoy being around seniors listening to their stories and helping them with their personal care and their home cleaning needs. Willing to work weekdays weekends and holidays. I have reliable transportation and a clean driving record as well as a clean background check, and am willing to transport clients to doctor appointments and grocery store needs.
