I have experience with various health conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, blindness, kidney disease, wound care, GERD, teach care, dialysis patients and more. What attracted you to being a caregiver? I have worked in healthcare for over 17 years. I am a former medical assistant at UCSF and Kaiser Permanente. What do you enjoy most about being a caregiver? I enjoy caring for patients and being a companion, they can enjoy. It brings joy to my heart knowing that I helped someone get through the day, night or through a difficult time in their life when they have an ailing medical condition. What is a personal achievement you are proud of? My children who are 23 and 17 and obtaining my Bachelor's degree in business management .

I am a certified medical assistant that has 9 years of experience. I've worked on call at hospitals such as UCSF, Kaiser, Alameda health systems, etc. I have experience working in pediatrics, adult medicine, wide range of specialties such as oncology, bariatrics, neurology, acupuncture just to name a few. I would be a great fit because I have developed a wide range of skills as a medical assistant working in different departments. I also love to learn new things!

I became a caregiver for my great grandmother who needed home care 17 years ago. I love caring for others. I am proud to have my Psych Tech Level 3, Medical Assistant, CNA, CPI and CPR certifications. I have specialized in Dementia care for over 6 years. I work a full time medical job, however, I still dedicate my days off to working with a few select families who need, assistance, advice, and support, when caring for a loved one at home.

I live in San Bruno.. I currently have been hired to work as a live in Friday- Tuesday every other week for a patient with Dementia in San Mateo. However I have been in search and prefer a live in or full time job or an extra part time. I have 10+ years in the medical field as a Medical Assistant and Neurodiagnostic Technologist. I am now offering my services to the elderly, of which I'm familiar with, I shadowed and helped my own mother who was a caregiver for over 20 years. I am great caregiver because i take the time to know my clients. What attract me on becoming a caregiver is the care for the client. I enjoy taking good care and giving my client the best care. Though I am currently certified as a Medical Assistant, I had volunteered at Samaritan House Medical clinic, later became a paid employee.I have several past years of experience as Nursing assistant and caregiver.
