I'm a great caregiver because I am empathetic and sympathetic yet firm. I believe being a mother has given great balance in how I care for others. I love one on one care and enjoy having conversations and learning about others. My favorite thing about caregiving is the bond and love we get to earn from those we care for. I'm better in person and would love a chance to meet with potential families and see if the fit is good for everyone.
It makes me a great caregiver because I care about my resident and I always make sure that they are getting the greatest care that they need. I starting working as a caregiver in a year of 2003, and I love it. I become a CNA on the sane year that I was working as a caregiver, and still am a CNA up until now. Making my resident happy and satisfied is my number one specialty. I always put my heart out every time I work. Being around a senior, its like being a round my own grandma and grandpa, in other words, they're like my second family. Me, I am a very honest and caring person with passion and a big heart.
