I am a licensed CNA and Phlebotomist, that got into the nursing field because of personal experience in giving care to my sister and grandmother. The joy a caregiver gets, when seeing that their hard work is appreciated and the difference it has made to the patient and family members, knowing that their loved ones are getting great care.
I believe that I stand out as a great caregiver because of the empathy , patience, understanding and care I have for my patients , and being a good listener. I was attracted to healthcare because of the need for great loving caring caregivers that would put their patients, before self , and the need to help someone less fortunate , with knowing they have someone that care about their well being, and making a difference in lives. I enjoyed being a caregiver knowing that I can put a smile on terminally or critically ill person face and helping save life on trauma patients being brought to the Emergency room.
I believe I am an excellent c.n.a because I have had a wide variety of extensive experience in the field since 2009, aswelI as patience and compassion for people. I have assisted families by providing care for thier loved ones in thier home's and believe it is important to be patient and treat others as you would want to be treated with dignity and respect, while assisting them with everyday activities. Also being a extra hand and dependable support system for families.
