My personal traits that has help me become a great caregiver is that I'm a personable person. What attracted me was willingness to help the elderly. One of my biggest achievement was graduating from the phlebotomy school last year. My other biggest achievement is continuing to take care of my special needs son and my other job while balancing out life and everything around me
