I enjoy getting to know people and also taking care of them. When I was a little girl my mom was a single mother so my grandparents always took care of me so my mom was able to work. I always said I would take care of my grandmother when the time came, unfortunately my grandmother passed away due to Parkinson's however I continued being a caregiver and treat every client I have as one of my grandparents. I love getting to know others and how life growing up was for them. They offer me so much wisdom and knowledge! I am cpr/first aid cert, PCA, Medication Aide, Covid Vaccinated and boosted, I also have a negative tb as well. I have been working in the health care field for 11 years between memory care, assisted living, in home care, and hospice care.

What makes me a great caregiver is the opportunity to take care of some great people who need help and appreciate good help. I enjoy talking to people and listening to stories that so many elders have. I am very compassionate and do not frazzle easily. I have extensive experience with dementia patients. I recently became a certified Death Doula, specializing in personal care for dying patients. A personal achievement I am most proud of is raising my three children with my husband of 37 years. They (children) have grown to become great adults and that's all a parent can ask for.

I enjoy working as a care provider to help others achieve their daily tasks. Families look forward to having an extra set of helping hands to care for their loved ones and this is where I fit in. I'm organized and detailed. I can accomplish tasks quickly and in a reasonable time frame. My goal is to assist in any way possible in the care taking process.
