I work as an independent nursing assistant certified in Maryland for more than s decade. My home management and nursing care assistance experiences combined for this long has made me an expert and a success in the health industrial career. . I worked without supervision as I know what I do and like doing it cofidently. The bottom line is helping vulnerable people like elders or some people recovering from their various dilemmas of aging, sickness or many others unable to do for themslves what they did before and others confused and being unable to handle or do certain chores or activities of their daily living. My job which entails total or partial assistance with the above activities that includes but aren't limited to assisting with house chores, activities of daily living, assistance with mobility, keeping companion, monitoring blood pressure, wieght loss or gain, checking and reporting on imput and out of fluid and planning. Purchasing, preparation and serving the client meals. All these services bring back hope, confidence or genuine smiles on clients faces and make live easy, enjoyable and comfortable until recovery or definite departure of our beloved ones. I have earned names like ( my angel or my saviour) from my clients or their beloved simblings that makes a difference in my community. The best of all is this happiness I get within myself that keep me going when I offer these services. The end results are my clients that are relieved, express happiness, joy and stay dignified with their selve esteemimal levels raised beyond bars. I am educated, honest, passionate and sociable and these traits have kept me hands on care giving for more than a decade after serving with renowned Health Care Companies around our community like Family and Nursing Care, Human Touch, The Washington Home etc . I am also currently certified with CPR. I will give the best care to any one in need efficiently and with dignity if given a chance.

i took care of my dad when he was in his last stage in life,which maltivated me to become a care giver.am always happy to be a care giver because i have learnt a lot from most of my resident/client,and i have also achieve a lot of experience from them. I become a caregiver beacuse I love working with people and I work with my mom and brother before they pass away and I know and understand how hard it would be on the person who is caring for their love one,and I like that the person whom am caring for can count on me to be there for them and will always look out for them and put them first always.My bigest achievement is watching someone went from I can't do it to am doing it( which mean I work on a case when the person could not walk again and he did not want to do his exercise and I would explain to him everyday I work with him that if he want to do most of the things he say he missed doing and like doing he will have to do his exercise everyday and he will see that he could walk again, and I tell him that everyday and get him to trust me and I got him to walk again and to me that was big. i'm 36 years old and a mother of two and I love to work with people and I have 16 years of managers exeperance and customer serive, and I had also manager three group homes and one of them I was the live-in house manger and I love that for I would get to hire the persons that I know who would love what we do just as I love what I do, and would not mined treating our client as part of the family.

I have always been more mature for my age. I grew up as an only child, only hanging around adults. I have always had a caring personality and when I was 18 after I graduated high school I started working as a CNA at an adult day care, caring for geriatrics with dementia. I fell in love with them. They may not be able to remember your name or their own name but they can tell you stories about their childhood that bring warmth to your heart. I am very good at caring for geriatrics, making them feel comfortable in embarrassing situations for them (bathing, changing soiled linen) because they still deserve dignity and respect which I make sure they know they have the upmost respect. Some geriatric patients have a hard time with caregiving because they have literally give up every ounce of independence they used to have which is hard to cope with. My personality is very smiley and happy around geriatrics which makes them feel better. I also have a very loud voice which is an advantage with geriatrics since most are hard of hearing, they can hear me because I tend to speak loudly. I am an RN however I love being a caregiver too. I am very good at caring for people, making them feel comfortable, I am very easy to talk to and educating on medical information also.

I am a very passionate, honest and professional Registered Nurse . Right from a young age, i always wanted to work with the public to make a positive impact to people's life and that is why i decided to chose a career in health care. I enjoy providing care and treatment to sick people /service users. I pride myself ensuring that those under my care happy and valued.
