Became a caregiver to care for my Father in Law, Hospice trained me and he originally stayed in my home 5 months before passing at 92 years old. Since that time I've stayed with individuals and couples in different settings with different medical conditions. I am empathetic , happy Christian woman; enjoy helping others-giving. Very sociable, dependable and caring. Love reading & cooking, If I can make a difference in the life of a loved one, then I have fullfilled my job duties:))

I'm a very Loving caring person with many skills. My calling in being a caregiver is to provide Companionship and making you feel comfortable and loved as if you were one of my family members. I have previous experience as Cna 1&2 in nursing home facility and habilitation technician at state facility, group homes and in community. Those in need of help in basic daily care,, grooming and activities depend on others to make it possible. I worked 25 years in the Rutherford County School System as a Custodian and a Lunchroom Worker. I learned many skills in my years working there. How to be a team player was one of the many skills I learned. My references included 3 Principal's that I worked for.

I have been a CNA for 13.5 years . I'm a single mommy of 4 children, Ages 22,18,17,9 I have had private family experience for at least 6 years , i have also worked in facilities 2 years ,as well as Home care 10 + years i prefer home care because i can focused on that one specific patient one at a time . I am willing to help with any daily needs ,errands such as medicine pick ups ,grocery store runs ,household supplies etc. I am Hoping to further my career in nursing in the next month or so . I started caregiving right out of high school as soon as i was of age to do so. I've always had a love for helping people and with a family full of nurses it felt right to jump right in. I was in school for nursing but changed my mind on that certain degree and plan on switching in the future. I have been a caregiver for more than 4 years and love each and every day of it.
