Hello! My name is Payton B. I am studying to become a doctor as an undergrad at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. I recently graduated high school as the Valedictorian as well as several other honorable titles. My favorite thing about life is being able to help others around me. Receiving my CNA license in my last year of high school allowed me to begin pursuing something I love. I would love to be able to provide care for your family.

I have worked with early-onset dementia patients as well as elderly patients. I have worked a long side of physical therapy with stroke patience. I have worked with bedridden patient including bathing in the bed and bed pans loading into a wheelchair and feeding. I have worked with cancer patients with a tracheotomy. I worked in a assisted living facility housing 41 patients. I am married with 4 children of my own.

I am very compassionate and respectful in the work that I do, and I love taking care of people and helping them to achieve goals in their daily routines. I value making life meaningful and I love helping people to have a more positive outlook on life. I love my current employer and enjoy working, I am very good at almost anything and always willing to help when I can. I am a very fun, loving, hard working individual that is very enthusiastic about my job!

I am currently working as an RN part time. I am looking to pick up some extra hours of work. I feel like I am a very patient individual. I am a mother of 3 children so my evenings can be filled running them around to extra activities. I am very organized and caring person.

Started caring for my elderly neighbor while in high school it was then I realized my passion was helping others, my gift from God giving to others. I was eager to begin a career in the field of Care giving health care and with a great desire to continue to grow I enrolled in the CNA Class offered at The Beatitudes Campus of Care in Arizona under the direction of Karen Mitchell RN-BSN I completed my course and received my certification in July of 1994. Today I continue to strive for excellence. My Care Giving/Companion Skills are coupled with 20+ years of experience with the elderly as well as individuals with disabilities. My many years of caring/giving to others has heightened my strengths to aid in the Quality of life, Dignity, Respect and over all well being of each individual client. With my ability to learn quickly and to multitask along with the utmost professionalism, to perform and adapt in all types of environments with the utmost ability and confidence and most importantly compassion and patience.
