I also have over 15 years of healthcare experience, ranging from dementia and Alzheimer's assistance, development, disabled adults, private, caregiving, and assistant, living and doing daily activities. People want 100% of your time when they're getting help, and you want to make them feel the best about themselves as you can. Their families are trusting you to take care of their loved ones, so you need to give it 110% at all times.
