Greetings, I've discovered that regardless of someones health condition or disability everyone deserves to have a good quality life and to be happy, thats way I became a "Compassionate Caregiver" it is so important to provide compassionate care to thoughes that need caring for. One of my good friends was in a car accident that left him as a Quadriplegic, now being such a young man, he became very depress with life and I had a problem with that so I decided to learn how to care for him and I did just that. I started by being Trained by the Healthcare facility free of charge were he lived. I started class room and hands on training for eight weeks and I had taken a CPR course. I did this so my friend could have a quality life. I also taken a course on how to transfer Quadriplegic patients so that I could transfer him the correct way from his wheel chair to my car and from the car to his wheelchair and back into the facility were he was living, that alowed us to go places, Dr appointments and places he liked going to. Then he stoprd looking at his self deficiencies but instead, he started loving life once again and loving people and we made the best of things. So he begin enjoying are times together once again just like old times and thats how I became a Home Healthcare Provider.

I am a compassionate person who enjoy helping others. I'm a registered CNA with CPR/BLS and EKG training, in Texas. I have over 20 years of experience with the elderly and disabled. After many years of working in a Hospital Business Office by day and caring for a family member at night, I decided to become a Caregiver to others. I know first hand what it is like to need assistance with the care of a loved one and realizing that you can't be there 24 hrs a day. The uncertainty of trusting someone else to do it for you can cause anxiety. I promise you that I will treat your loved one with kindness, dignity and respect, the same way I would like my loved ones to be treated. This isn't just a job for me, it is a ministry and a passion.

Hello I'm a Certified Nurse Assistant /EMT/ Medical Assistant i habe been in my field for over 30 years, I love what I do and I love people. I'm a mother of 4. Adukt Daugthers twins 27, 25 & 22 which one of my twins has cerebral palsy,she was my motivation to begin my career in the medical field. Currently I'm moving forward as a registered nurse I love helping others and giving back.... I'm also United States Army Veteran. I would be honored to care for your loved one.

I became a caregiver due to i love supporting others in need. I am compassionate. I am always open minded to learn different skills to maintain great quality of care and I have patience. What I like about being a caregiver is meeting new people to help them through their time of need. My personality fits the job description of being a caregiver due to understanding and going beyond to make a person happy. My personal achievement that I am proud of is continuing education in psychology. I have completed a cna program. I am also proud everyday as I work in this career field of how the patient and family feels before and after they give me the opportunity to help them. 1 What makes you a great caregiver? I'd leave it to others to rate me as a caregiver: my clients, former clients, client's family members. I'd only say that competence, personal integrity and humility (serving and putting others first) are core to the kind of person I endeavor to be in THIS LIFE. 2 Why did you become a caregiver? I became a caregiver because I love ALL peoples, and serving is the best way to demonstrate sincere love, love as defined by N.T. writers This Douglas Adams quote says it best: "To give real service you must add something which cannot be bought or measured with money, and that is sincerity and integrity." 3. What do you like about being a Caregiver? I'm gratified when the care I provide exactly meets the client's needs and allows family members to confidently have a guilt-free break from the care of an aging, ill, or disabled family member. (There are two in my family) 4. What is a personal achievement you are proud of? -I was picked to be on a team assembled to care for a quadriplegic client. I had the privilege of providing her professional home healthcare: meal preps, tub baths, light housekeeping, from bed to chair transfers, (without HoyerLift) She also required a colostomy bag and urinary catheter care. -I'm also proud to have been selected, from a relatively large number of candidates, to assist a family dedicated to the care of a loved one severely disabled by Autism. -Most recently, I enjoyed the privilege of helping to provide 24-hour care for a SECOND quadriplegic client: a large male, requiring assistance with no HoyerLift transfers, tub baths, lots of passive ROM & OT prescribed exercises, scheduled repositioning while asleep, and more -I once successfully self-prepared at home for a proctored Microsoft exam. -Self-instructed, I can speak some Spanish and some Mandarin Chinese. 5. Tell us something about yourself. Grandfather of 4 -lifelong Bible student -love: Gospel hymns, animals, plants, walks, ping pong, audiobooks.

I become a caregiver of my Mother-in-law for 6years, I realize I enjoy taking care of the elderly so I decided to do it and accept the offer of a friend to take care of her Mother-in-law and Father-in-law. I care for them just like my own parents. I'Am a compassionate caring person, I always give my best. FYI fully vaccinated

My personality traits that I'm naturally a caring person and have compassion for others. I love to help others. I have the ability to bring my best qualities into my work environment and use them alongside the skills I have gained training in nurse assistant and medical assistant education. What attract me in been a caregiver is my mother who is a retired nurse for over 20 yrs and my grandmother who always helping people in need at her age of 91 she still does her part in the community. In 2010 my grandfather pass away of myeloma I was his caregiver. All this and more attracted me to become a caregiver. I enjoy most about been a caregiver is an opportunity to show love, respect, and dignity to those in need. It is a deeply fulfilling experience that allows me to learn more about myself and grow as an individual. Caring for someone is a powerful and intimate relationship that can bring about a strong connection and bond. When caring for someone, it is important to show love, trust, and understanding. One of my personal achievement that I proud of is becoming an advocate of others who is need.

I am a energetic, reliable, compassionate, respectful person and I believe that these traits help me to be a wonderful caregiver. I am very passionate about what I do and love the satisfaction I get from servicing people. I was attracted to this job because it's very similar to what I wanted to go to school for; which was nursing. I later changed my major to speech language pathology and I love it! I enjoy keeping my clients company, assisting them in anything they need assistance with. One of the personal achievements is gaining knowledge about this field, since 2013 I have been able to learn so much and work with different companies as well.

I am very patient and catch on quickly to schedules. I was attracted to being a care giver because I wanted to be able to help people who can't always help themselves. I am personally proud of always helping those who need it.
