I'm a very kind, hardworking individual. I love taking care of people whether elderly or young, it's something I've always loved doing. I came from a family of caregivers as well my mother and grand mother were both excellent caregiver for a very long time. Which is one thing that attract ed me too caregiving.. I really enjoy the smiles that I can put on my residents faces, I also love encouraging them while letting the ones that can have their independency. Our clients need to be treated as you would want your own family members to be treated and I take pride in doing so. The hardest part I believe to be a caregiver is to grieve a lost client/ patient. After caring for them and growing with them it often hurts as much as it would to have lost a dear loved one. This comes with heartache but also with peace knowing that in their final days you , along with their family were able to keep them comfortable and shown the love and care they so desperately deserve , desire and need.
