Hello my name is Shonesha and I have been in Healthcare since 2007 and have been licensed since 2011. I am very patient, dependable, outgoing. I have worked with all type of patients.

I naturally have an urge to help others, my main priority is helping other people wholeheartedly. Empathy, compassion, Patience, Reliable, Trustworthy. Flexible. I enjoyed taking care of elder family members especially my grandparents, since then I have dedicated my time in doing work that has the potential to make a difference in someone's life. I enjoy getting familiar with patients and accommodating their special health needs. Spending one on one time with my patients and knowing that they trust me enough to care for them, especially in the comfort of their homes. I've invested over 20 years of work experience both hospitals and in home care giving. As well as formal education and extensive training CPR/First Aid, Certified Nursing Assistant, Emergency Room Technician, Patient Care Technician, Certified Phlebotomy and EKG Technician. Learning new skills and take continuing education to do my job well.

I love working with and helping others in need. I enjoy listening to people and I'm great at multitasking. I mostly enjoy companionship being a caregiver.

I was attracted to this job because it's very similar to what I wanted to go to school for; which was nursing. I later changed my major to speech language pathology and I love it! I become a caregiver of my Mother-in-law for 6years, I realize I enjoy taking care of the elderly so I decided to do it and accept the offer of a friend to take care of her Mother-in-law and Father-in-law. I care for them just like my own parents. I'Am a compassionate caring person, I always give my best. FYI fully vaccinated

I'm a certified phlebotomist with years of experience with caring for others. I just love seeing people happy and reach their full potential. I also have childcare experience as well. I'm a peoples person/people pleaser I'm very caring and loving and hard-working.

I enjoy working with people most especially the elderly ones. Having one-on-one interactions being a companion to them.I have passion for this job and being compassionate .

I enjoy helping families and seeing needs that need to be met before the family realizes there is a need. I enjoy providing comfort both to the patient I am caring for as well as peace of mind for their family knowing all needs will be taken care of and their family member is being loved on and cared for as my own family.
