Hello, my name is Corey, but I go by my middle name of Lynn. I became an LPN in 1986, graduated 2nd in my class, won the award for Excellence in Medical Surgical Nursing, and had 3rd highest Board score of my class. I became disabled in 2005 due to being rear ended twice in less than 6 months, and couldn't fulfill my day to day facility duties. I had 3 herniated discs in my neck, and after 2 years of intensive therapy I was able to return to work, mostly in home nursing of children and adults on ventilators, where my only duties were to administer meds, monitor and document my clients needs every 2 hours, as well as range of motion, feeding, bathing and other duties as needed with proper equipment, such as a Hoyer lift to transfer clients during care. I am no longer licensed as an LPN due to a decline in my disc situation, but I can do light duties, with proper equipment, and I really miss taking care of my clients.

I enjoy working with people and most enjoy jobs where you have one-on-one interaction with others.
