I am a very caring kind hearted person I love to help others in any way possible and that is what makes me a great caregiver. Being able to make relationships with someone I'm able to help attracted me to being a caregiver. Helping someone everyday and just knowing that your making a difference in their life is very rewarding. I enjoy being able to help others that can't do everything on their own and some people don't have families that can help them and they depend on us so that their needs are met. I'm very proud of the children I am raising they constantly show appreciation and are just so loving, kind hearted and just genuinely great kids all around.

I love working with senior clients. I do everything from meal prep, bathing , grooming to medication reminders. Also taking clients to/from Dr's appointments or physical therapy. I worked for 13 years in the medical field in the Intensive Care Unit, Emergency Department, Adult/Pediatric Psychiatry, omHecare, and Dialysis. I have been a caregiver my entire life. I took care of my sister who is mentally and physically handicapped from the age of 5 years old, until i went to college. She has spina bifida, hydrocepholas, a shunt, and other health issues/ conditions. I can help transfer to and from a wheel chair, Cath, change diapers, dress, bath, anything! I have also been a caregiver to my dying grandparents and an 87 year old woman with parkinsons and dementia. She suffered from incontinence, mood swings, aggression, and anger issues. There's not much i can't handle. I've also worked with special needs people a lot, examples down syndrome, autism, MS, and other physical and mentally handicaps.

i had to watch my grandmother when i was young needing a caregiver. i know she could of gotten so much better help than what she got, so i became a cna while in highschool. i'm wanting to get more experience. i'm hoping to study to become a physical therapist soon. i've been in nursing homes & health centers !
