I am a 41 year old female. I have 4 children. My youngest was born in 2002 and was my inspiration for becoming a caregiver. He was born with a couple of syndromes and lots of medical challenges. This I became very good at taking care of him. Was a natural caretaker when I was growing up as I was told from family members and friends. This situation made me want to become a professional caregiver and has allowed me to be able to see some of the most common medical equipment and machinery that is used these days. It has tought me a lot.

I will be a great person for this job is because I go above and beyond for anybody I work with or I work for , I'm here to love them like family and make them feel comfortable as possible , I enjoy working with people because we all need help one day and they give me sooo much love and joy being with them . I am a mother, and cna full time. I enjoy taking care of other and spending time at work, then at home with my children.

I love talking to and getting to know those I take care of and their families. I am a very hard worker, and when it comes to taking care of others, I take my job very seriously.

I became a caregiver because I believe we all deserve quality care in times of sickness and end of life. I have been a licensed care giver since 2006 but my first job in health was in 1999. I love being a caregiver because there are a lot of people/senior citizens that need excellent care. I am that person and I love what I do. I will go out the way to make sure that your loved ones are well taken care of. Seeing our seniors growing older and their health decline makes me want to be there for them. I got into this field because I care about the well being of our Seniors.

I have been a NA/CNA for 20 yrs now because I love caring for people. I enjoy seeing the people I care for progress in their recovery. Then by the time they are able to go home knowing that I was able to assist them and be part of their recovery journey is always wonderful. I've had many rewards throughout my 20 yrs as a caregiver. I have taken care of my grandfather FOR about 3 years prior to his passing. I am a very kind and caring individual. I am very overprotective when it comes to elderly. I don't like it when the much younger generation try to take advantage of them. I am very sympathetic to their pain weather ot emotional and or physical. I was a Certified Nursing Assistant for 5 years. Which alluowed me to experience taking care of the elderly in and out of facilities. The one thing that I enjoy most about taking care and helping them is learning from them and bonding with them. All that they ask is to be treated with respect and for someone to simply listen. When they dp something on their on time am amazed and always praising them for a job well done. I let them know throughout the day of how very proud of them I am. A personal achievement that I am proud of is being able to move to a new state and city and start fresh at a new life.

I am a mature, friendly and kind , intelligent, soft-spoken woman with a sweet sense of humor. (I do not smoke nor do any of my family members)I have devoted my whole life to caring for others. Children as well eldery or persons with physical limitations. I have experience to care for quadraplegics as well as dementia. I will treat your loved ones with dignity and respect . I only ask the same for myself from clients who hire me to care for your family members.

With over 30 years experience at caregiving I'm very confident I could meet or surpass your expectations. I became a care giver at 17 when life dealt my family the blow of Cerebral Palsy. My Mother and Brother were at the hands of a negligent Doctor. I took personal care of him from day one. Including him living in my home on and off for 15 years. Unfortunately, 5 years ago my oldest sister with 2 Masters Degrees had a brain bleed. She is now in Long term Care. I have made a personal investment in my own family.
