I am a wonderful caregiver because I have a passion for helping people in anyway I can. I enjoy the hands on care with each individual and continue to find ways to make it a great experience for us both. I became a caregiver when my mother took full responsibility of her great uncle. Being able to care for and understand someone at such a difficult time in their lives is an amazing feeling. One of my goals I've achieved is becoming better educated on the different stages of aging. I have become a Certified Nursing Assistant, Phlebotomist, and continue to take classes towards me becoming a Registered Nurse. If you have any questions please feel free and ask.

I am a wife and a mother and I have been working in the medical field for a little over 6 years now. I have done a lot of in home caregiving working with those suffering from dementia and Alzheimer's, working at senior assisted living facilities, doing medications, and then the last 3 years I've worked at the hospital in a vast variety of areas. I really enjoy helping people and that's what began my healthcare career. I would like to be able to help ease the burden off of the family's shoulders. I understand the stress that caregiving can bring and the great sorrow and burden each family member carries when their loved one is suffering. We have a spare bedroom and bathroom in our home and we would like to find someone who is looking to live in with a family who needs some assistance and have help with their care, such as doctor appointments, grocery shopping etc and it can be done right here in our home. We can work out a set monthly price for that. And I have a whole bunch of professional and personal references. :-)

For more than 12 years he has been a dependable heatlcare provider and emplyee at the facility. I have known and worked with Mark for most of this time. I am an intelligent and motivated individual more than capable of managing small groups of people, as well as time management, and personal down time. I am a Gulf War Navy veteran who served with the Marine Corps. I am a seasoned knowledgeable nurse; I feel that I have an innate ability to lead and am well liked by my peers. I work well with multidisciplinary team members and has been an asset to my previous patient health care teams. I believe that I have extensive training both in the critical care setting, team building, and bring a good knowledge base that would help in achieving patient outcomes.

Currently I am on the road to being a medical assistant, being in this field brings a certain type of warmth to my heart. I've always been the type of person to take care of others, being a caregiver requires you giving it your all, the respect to your patients and their families, it requires "heartwork".
