I have worked specifically in an assisted living environment, where I managed the home with 5 care residents per one caregiver. Additionally, I have worked in homes with 10 residents per two caregivers. In each home, I have been able to individualize the care to each person, as their needs may be. I have been working as a Home Health Aide for nine years, one of my patients, my last one was with me for eight years till she past away. . During that course I also work with two patients in a day on different shifts. All of my patients love my dietary cooking, as well as my easy to get along personality.
