Hello,I've been in the home health business for 25yrs. I'm comfortable and familiar with every aspect of care giving . I've never met a stranger a day in my life,I can get along with anyone. I'm a quick study and welcome learning something new everyday.

I genuinely love being able to take care of people and especially the elderly. I have always been very passionate about being there for the elderly and taking care of them as if they're my own grandparents. I have overcome a lot of fear I had with being around new people and new surroundings, and working with the elderly has taught me a lot of life skills, and most importantly being patient. I am a very caring and outgoing person with an amazing personality.

I supported my father for 20 years until he passed 5 years ago ensuring he maintained his independence and lived life to the fullest. With a "can do" attitude and a passion to help others. People tell me I have the patience of an Angel. Dedicated, energetic and always with a smile ensuring confidentiality at all times.

Helping others is a passion of mine. I enjoy working with others and helping them achieve their goals weather it be to help them accomplish their daily living activities, having a friendly person to share their day, or to help accomplish other tasks that they are needing to achieve such as making it to an appointment or running errands. I tend to be a positive person and enjoy helping others get the most out of life. My goal is for your loved one to feel safe, happy and successful in whatever they choose to accomplish or needs needing to be met.

I am caring, empathetic, and quick to learn. I have been around all ages and have seen & experienced many different disabilities or health conditions. I tend to be a fixer. I know majority of the patients are probably going to be terminal but personally, I believe everyone in life is considered terminal. I look at things as if we aren't going to get out alive, so let's 1. Meet the necessary needs for each patient. 2. Let them enjoy the life they have left here with the people they love & by doing the things they love. I think for the most part when you have a heart that's keen to the caregiving industry, the most enjoyable thing is getting to go home with a fulfilling, "I did good for someone who truthfully needed it" feeling. But most of all, there's no story like an old story. I love to listen to them, to take in as much as I can but making sure I still fulfill my professional expectations while doing so. My heart is kind and ready to help or do everything in my power to keep these patients happy. Being that I am only 24, I don't have a whole lot of personal achievements that I'm beyond ecstatic to share just yet. But I think in this moment, answering this question, my most proud achievement so far is overcoming the life that I chose for myself. Overcoming the toxic family, overcoming my own personal self doubts or self worth. To feel like enough is enough some days & to know I am worthy of this life, to know God has put me here to do his work so He can sit back and watch is an overwhelming, gracious humbleness. I am a 32 year old women that loves taking care of older people like that are my family I started in this field when I was 9 when I had to help take care of my grandfather every since I have loved it it is a great experience and I love it

I have worked at daycares most of my life but when I came into the field of caregiving I knew that is where I belong I love to take care of people I'm a born nurturer and I knew when I started working with people that I had found my true calling

I am an amazing people person. I have taken care of family members battling many fights and have have them through every step. I was a police officer in training and decided to walk away to help people and take care of the community in a different way while also protecting myself for my family.

I am currently in nursing school pursing my LVN license and will proceed to get my RN. I graduate in December 2019. I have been a caregiver since 2010. I enjoy caring for people that need the extra help.
