I'm Jessica and all my live I have worked in assistant others from school to personal caregiver. I know family go thru many opposition and sometimes you feel that person wouldn't be the right fit yet I surprise families. I'm firm and follow rules. I'm outgoing and enjoy having conversations with my clients I have assisted in bathing grooming cleaning out clutter ( the hardest part) for some. Having great Communication and safety skills are the most important.

I became a caregiver because I love to help people and make them better about themselves ,I like being a caregiver because it gives me the opportunity to show love and kindness to someone in need. archievement was to have became a nursing assistant which would have been the beginning of my nursing career I ,have been working in healthcare for the last 12 year as a certified nursing assistant. most of my jobs have been in the hospital setting , which consisted of sitting with and monitoring my patitent .some were moniterd for behavioral issues , some were for safety just to make sure they didn't get or fall out of bed , My overall job was to do activities of daily living and be a good companion for my patient , i did a few private duty jobs where I cared for the patient 1:1 ,I can also prepare meals if needed

I have worked at Banner Ironwood as a CNA for 4 years and although challenging at times I have loved almost every minute of it. Caring for others has been THE most rewarding career I have had. The ability to make someone feel better, smile and or laugh is such a blessing to me. I have a gift of making people feel loved, respected and maintain their dignity in sometimes very challenging circumstances. I know that your loved one would be blessed to have me helping them with their daily activities and care.

I Have been a caregiver for over 12 yrs, I started out taking care of my grandmother who had altimherz and Dementia, when she passed away, I realized this was my calling for helping others.... I love what i do as a caregiver, doing this line of work is more then just a job to me.. I treat the residents like family.... Im like a big kid the residents love that about me.... I always have a smile on my face ... keep people going ...

to help those in need. the ability to give back, and help those less fortunate. seeing the joy i bring to others as i arrive to work. i am a hard working energetic young man, who loves lending a helping hand.

i have been doing caregiving since 2014.. I love working with people and bring smiles. I can work with Hoyer lift,sling, sliding board, and a wheelchair as well as a mechanical lift a mechanical wheelchair. I've work with an independent company that attend to many different back around mostly with elderly.. I consider myself as people person. I enjoy cooking as will as learn new ways to cook. I can also clean. I love the company of others as much as spending time finding other thing to do like reading or walking helping other to enjoy today gifts.
