I am great in health care because I care for people as well as am attentive to other's needs. I also used to help my grandfather with work around the house and would take care of him.

I am currently enrolled at Northern Arizona University studying exercise science in hopes of becoming a Physical Therapist. I love the healthcare field and strive to help in any way I can!

I became a caregiver as a stepping stone to becoming a nurse. I thought that it would provide me some insight into whether or not I would enjoy nursing, and now I love my job. I consider being a caregiver a career before my career. I enjoy spending time with those who could benefit from my services, as I feel I could benefit from their knowledge. I have the stomach to handle the harder side of the job, and the compassion to ensure that no patient of mine will ever feel uncomfortable asking me for help. I'm proud of getting my CNA license when I was a Junior in high school, and finishing out my senior year as a nursing assistant.

Hi there. My name is Amy; I'm outgoing , compassionate, & make awesome chocolate chip cookies. I'm an elementary piano teacher in the afternoons which allows a flexible schedule for morning, evening & weekends. I spent 9 Years as companion doing everything from Grocery shopping, meal prep, cleaning house, managing doctor's appointments & providing transportation ... all the way to helping organize the house, documenting memories, playing board games, & listening to records. I'm excited to spread laughter while making the everyday lives of wonderful people a bit easier & a whole lot more fun! I originally became a caregiver a few years ago, because my best friend told me how much she loves paying it forward to certain individuals with special needs. She also went on to explain how much it is rewarding, I then took it upon myself to become a care provider and ever since I have been successful throughout my endeavor. One of the things I love about being a care giver is making a tremendous difference for my fellow peers regardless of age, gender, sex, or creed. Another reason I love being a care provider is to establish a special relationship among the countless of clients I have worked with. What I am certainly proud of the most about my personal achievements is how I have been able to teach certain individuals how to achieve essential goals, which include preparing ready to make meals, maintaining personal hygiene, along with many other simple goals in achieving daily tasks. I am currently working as a case manager for individuals with disabilities who are basically given the opportunity to work in the community. There is absolutely nothing more rewarding than working really hard with this population, in hopes of getting them hired on as official employees for the establishment they are working for, in the work program I am currently employed with as a Case Manager.

Hi! My name is Kimberly Freeman l. I'm Native American from the Hopi tribe. I've been doing Caregiving and CNA work many years. 7 years licensed. Ive worked in many settings such as assisted living, palliative care, hospice and I've also worked for a hospital. Something interesting about me is that I've been taking care of my quadriplegic sister since I was 9 years old. Everything I've learned was from taking care of her so I always do everything with the up most love and respect for patients. When I graduated high school pre-suing my dreams in law enforcement wasn't easy. I had a son and I didn't have child care for the time I would have been in police academy. But being a Dispatcher is another way for me to be in law enforcement. I love my job but being a single mother extra income is always needed. I'm always a open book.
