Patience is also a very important aspect of caring for others. My passion for helping others began during the time that I cared for my grandma with dementia.

I care , I do my job perfectly and Do everything that is expected of the clients needs. I have over 20 years of experience, and I have done a little of everything, laundry, errands, medication management, meal prep, exercise, etc.

As a first son, 10 years older than my first brother, I started at my early 16th by dropping him in school, cleaning mom's house and doing her laundry, soon as I got my driver licence, I was the one to take all of them (3) to a doctor's appointment, i find myself doing the grocery shopping and refilling prescriptions. Gradually, I've been doing more and more. At some point, I realize that I have made a commitment to take care of someone else. Following my mom who is a nurse I felt her so proud to have a caring son and it gave me a strength to move on. I decided recently to embrace my nursing career, I'm now in a program and sure I'll be a good nurse.

I am a ElderCare Caregiver because I love caring for seniors, coming along side them assisting them in there home environment with there daily needs, helping to adjust or meet the challenges of aging and staying in there homes. I started as a caregiver 10 years ago, when my sister was ill with Crohn's disease I was off work at the time and took care of her.
