hi my name is Adriana , i been a caregiver for 3 years, when i go to work i like to treat my clients how i would love my love ones to be treated, respect. i went to school for medical billing and coding and worked as a social worker for a year, i wanted a change and do something i would really love doing and i always like to help people and from there i went and gave caregiving a tire and fell in love with my new career,

I have been doing caregiving for over a decade. I have a background in the medical field as well and I am passionate and love giving back to the elderly. Seeing the look on their face when you have done something to put a smile on their face, that's priceless.

While attending school I've been fortunate to work in the nursing/caregiver field which has enriched my education and enhance the care I give to the clients I've been honored to work with so far. In addition to being a nursing student I'm also a trained chef and a farmer-I'm one of the few that is able to say that wholistic health is where my passions are most fully engaged. I'm also very much knowledgeable about physical therapy and body mechanics. I've practiced yoga for the pass 16 years. Every since I can remember I have had the desire to help people so decided at an early age that the Nursing/Caregiver occupation was what I wanted to pursue. After finishing Nursing school I worked as a CNA for many years until studying to become a Medical Assistant. I have been in the area for the past 25 years, working as a CNA, Medical Assistant, Nanny, and Caregiver, raising two boys, and now enjoying 4 grandsons. As I got older becoming a Caregiver/Companion is something I decided to concentrate on since it gives me great satisfaction to help someone on a one on one basis.

I am very caring and patient. I listen to what they want. My mother was diagnosed with COPD, given two month's to live I quite my job at (AT&T ) went back home took care of her.She lived for 6 more yrs.

I have worked in an Acute Care Facility for about 6 months. I'm a very care, affectionate and helpful person. I love making people smile while assisting then in their recovery and relaxation process. I get great please from seeing my client getting better and being happy, seeing them smiling brings joy to my heart. This is why I'm studying to become an LVN so I can do more for my clients. I'm most proud of my ability to be flexible. I am a great student but an even great caregiver because I care from the heart.

Hello! thank you for taking the time to review my profile. I am a Medical Assistant with previous work experience in Ortho and Family Medicine. This is a bit of a change from in-office work, but the common goal is helping out my patients and making things easier for them. With my previous experience, I have gained awesome communication skills. I find it very easy to connect with people&love interacting with others and listening to their needs. I grew up with a mother who was diagnosed with Lupus when I was 9 years old. I was my mothers companion and spent years in and out of doctor offices and hospitals. That experience has led me to feel a great compassion for others, being able to help and make life easier on someone else is a huge achievement for me :-)

Hello! My name is Karen Hernandez but most people call me by middle name Michelle. I am very fun outgoing and enthusiastic about my job. I love learning and going through new experiences with my patients or clients. I enjoy being a caregiver because it gives me the experience to view life in a different perspective and with all my daily routines I would have with the client it'll motivate not only me but them as-well into pushing themselves to better themselves. And my very own personal achievement would be seeing my clients or patients progress through the time I'm working with them.

My best personality trait is wanting to help people! One of my best achievement is helping a client that knew she was going to pass on soon and me being able to help her through the process of getting her the right people with her religious beliefs and having her whole family being by her bedside! And doing whatever I can before she passed on was a great accomplishment!! Also by me being there for my mother as her caregiver and nurse while she was dying from cancer! Me being there to change her colostomy bag! Reminding her to take he chemo pills and just being there to comfort her to drive her and just to be there before she passed on! Just being there and helping a senior citizen every step of the way!!!!!

I went to School in Los Angeles in 2013 for CNA but when I have my first caregiver job i felt in love with . I have been working like caregiver from 2015 . I have references and experience and I would like to still doing it because is something than I really love to do. I work for Innovage from 2018 to 2021 and Neighborhood pace program from 2021 and still working there but caregiver is something I love to do and make people life little better .
