I am a Restorative Nurse I am also a Certified Personal Trainer, completed class in fall prevention and sports agility. Owned and ran my Mobil beautician business for several years with many clients all on my own .they range in all ages Im excited to began working in home again but helping others with health an fitness rather than hair care beauty.I look forward to showing new companions awareness of how to prevent injury and much more if given the opportunity.
