I became a Caregiver to help my wife, I learned a lot and I want to help other. My personal achievement that most proud of is receiving my Associate's Degree. I am a competent individual who has a professional appearance, responsible, and a team player. Able to handle volatile situations in a fair and mature manner; good communication and leadership skills; independent of direct supervision; well coordinated and able-bodied, in good physical and mental condition, consistently follows a disciplined training programs.

I'm a certified medical assistant with a loving, compassionate, patience personality. I believe it's important to keep ones dignity. I do my best to see this achieved with the care and skills I provide. I love what I do. I provide the loving care I would want for my love ones. Oh and I'm told I'm a excellent cook. Another passion of mine.

I have been a caregiver for over 4 years now and I love every minute of it. It is definitely a challenging job but it is very rewarding to be able to make a difference in someone's life. My personal goal is to become a nurse one day because I am a very caring, loving, kind and patient person that loves taking care of and being around other people.

I became a Caregiver in 1975, caring for a family member. I became a Certified Nursing Assistant in 1982, graduated from Yuba College, Marysville, CA. I worked in various care facilities, and at the Gridley-Biggs Memorial Hospital in 1983-1985. I started private duty work as a CNA/ Caregiver, in the late 1980's-1990's. During the course of my time working as a CNA, and with that I fell in love with nursing. I believe what makes me a great Caregiver, is my compassion for nursing, is having patience, understanding, strength and listening skills are an importance. I have the empathy, and the I have excellent communication skills, with both verbally and written. After raising my three adult children, I have time now to focus on me. I decided to return to school furthering my education in the field of Gerontology and Social Work and I'm looking forward in working again in Caregiving.

I care My first thought was to pick up nursing skills; but never new I would enjoy doing work for the elders.. I leave a good impression on the resident I'm caring for and also the family members. Being able to help with the foster youth in the State of California, and showing trust and consideration for their well being as young teens and pre adolescence. I am a care and generous person who is always on time and very dependable when needed ; but I am a well trained leader.

I am 24 year old college student who enjoys having a career as a caregiver. Caregiving is on of my passions. I am the oldest out of 6 kids. i am very family oriented. I like sports and helping people. I have had past experience with in-home care and out-home care. I am a hard worker, and caring to the patients needs. I'm also CPR, First Aid, and AED Certified for child infant and adult.

I became a caregiver, because i wanted to try soemthing new beside waitressing, and a friend had mentioned to me about being a caregiver. The little time i was a caregiver , i think what i mostly enjoyed was having conversations with my patient past , and just gaining so must knowledge from him. One of my personal achievements, would have to be going back to school as a full time student and being a student athlete at the same time. I'm an overall hard worker, I'm 21, bilingual , Hispanic, and I love the sport soccer, i also want to major in phlebotomy, and then work my way up in the medical field.

I became a caregiver to give back what have been given to me when I could not care for myself as a young child. I feel that those who are not capable to care for themselves need help and deserve help. I love the fact that I can meet new people and put a smile on their faces, brighten their day. I am proud of raising 3 children [2 boys, 1 girl] on my own while going to school and working. I'm proud of the fact that I'm now going back to school for my AA Degree in Business and passing my classes. My name is Hope Juanes. I have been in the caregiving business for about 10+ years now. I have been married for 2 years now, going to an online school and working as a careprovider. I love to watch movies whether on tv or at the movies. I like to ride bikes, walk, play games, bowl, travel, sing, play drums, and window shop. I am a christian, but don't push my beliefs on anyone unless they ask. I listen to gospel music and read the Bible. I am funny, friendly, punctual, hard working, kind, and there for a shoulder to cry on.

I have been working for Sutter Hospice for 4 years. I was a CNA at Lincoln Meadows for 18 months and Prestige Assisted Living as a PCA for 18 months. I ran my own in home daycare for 16 years caring for children new born to 16 years old. It's always been my dream to work in the healthcare field. I love helping people.

Caregiving is my calling and my passion. Iam a wonderful very experience with a loving touch caregiver. I have been awarded by city of chico for my excellent work and given a plaque. I have worked in all settings with all different clients from geriatrics to dev disabled.
