Because I have worked in the medical field for over 20yrs and mainly in nursing homes and private care. I always make sure I let the patient know that they are safe with me and that they are important on what kind of care that is required.

I am proud that I finished school an am certified medical assistant an have been with m job as a caregiver with MHMR clients for over 3yrs . 4. Iam a proud mother of 4 amazing sons. I am friendly caring an have a big heart an would do any an all things possible to give a hleping hand .

I became a caregiver about ten years ago, when I started caring for a family, friends, grandmother, whom was sick and diagnosed with Dementia. What I like about being a caregiver is the ability to take care of others, who no longer are able to care for themselves. A personal achievement I'm proud of is getting my Medical Assistant license, I love working in the healthcare field. I would like to pursue my career futhur as well. I would like to become a Registered Nurse one day, I am a very passionate, reliable, caring person. Who loves to work with the elderly. I always give 100% dedication in all I do.

I am a compassionate person who wants to show genuine care for my patients. I love taking care of individuals who cant care for themselves being that I have a brother that I took care of since I was little who cant do for himself, I quickly become passionate about taking care of people at a very early age...

I would like to be a caregiver because I love to help people in any way I can, I believe that everyone deserves to live as normal life as possible and if I can help do that for someone that is great.

I chose this profession because I want to make a difference in how people are treated I think there are people in this field for the wrong reason . I love making people happy and I want to treat every patient as if they were my mother, father, or grandparent. I'm very caring, empathetic to ones feelings, compassionate, a quick learner, and all about the safety and security of each and every person.

When I was a teenager I was living with my grandma, She was in a wheel chair and had arthritis. I love helping her out whether it was washing her hair or cooking. Sometimes I was the only one who would be able to help her when she needed it. My grandmother passed away in 2006... this is when I felt I could make a difference for others in need. I have a huge heart and people need me, and I need them. This is where my heart is, I love to be able to help someone with there day to day activities. I am proud to say that I have earned multiple awards with my current employer for being the happiest most out going person in the company for 2 years. All the clients know me and when they see that I waked into the building they all get so excited to see me ... But this goes both ways. Im happy to see them too. I work at a rehabilitation company in Kalamazoo mi. I have been with this company for almost 4 years. I am a home manager so I manage 10+ employees and I have 4 clients under my care. I am in love with this kind a work. I know that I can offer much more that what I am doing now. Im looking for the same line of work but with a bigger company that would let me move up the totem poll.

I became a caregiver after taking care of my grandmother while she was ill and mother was in a nursing home so i became a cna to work at the nursing where my mother was a resident . I'm a great caregiver because i have love for people and understand the fear familys have outsiders taking care of their love ones

I am a great caregiver because I love what I do, I'm experienced, tidy, organized. I've been in doctors offices, nursing home and home care so I'm a pretty well rounded care giver because I've learned 1 on 1 with UPMC nurses.

I have been working in the medical field since 1999 in hospital settings; Assisted living & private care. I have my CPR/BLS & First Aid certification. I am a Care taker and I love what I do. I enjoy helping and providing care to your loved ones. I enjoy being able to provide companionship; helping with daily task and hygiene care of your family member. I have worked with adults with disabilities; elderly care and clients who need help with daily care.

I enjoy spending time with others and hearing them tell stories. I care about the individual and he or she feels important and needed. I have pleasant personality, talkative, and doing my job is important to me. I my want client to be happy. I think that having some one who cared about other people with disabilities and our seniors is what caught my interest. My youngest children had a disability and I saw how important it was for them to have an individual to stand up for them an look out for their well being. I find their company being most enjoyable. My most personal achievement is working with a autism 14 year old on toileting needs and him learning how to go to the toilet and getting out of pull-ups.
