I'm Meredith, a 21 year old graduate student. Instead of looking for work as a bartender or waitressing I am a caregiver. Growing up I have had to help lend a caregiver's hand to both my grandfather and grandmother. Then more recently, my brother, after an accident. However, adults are my bread and butter! I tend to really get along with and have fun with adults and older adults. In college I majored in Hearing Disorders and took several Aging Studies courses. I am energetic, empathetic, organized and a great problem solver.

I assist Veterans with ADLs and restorative therapies in hopes to help them reach their highest level of independence with ADLs as possible. I took nursing in college, and have over a hundred classroom hours regarding patient care. I will provide my own equipment upon request, free of charge, for basic healthcare monitoring. Free check of blood pressure, heart rate, and vitals with every appointment. I am BLS, CPR, and AED certified. My certifications are current, and were renewed in 2021. I am National CPR Foundation certified. I currently have completed college courses pertaining to the medical field, such as medical terminology for health professionals, anatomy and physiology, ethics in nursing, sociology, psychology, development across the lifespan, nutrition, and drug abuse for health professionals. Being able to make a difference in the lives of others is something that I have always been passionate about. The love of caring for others prompted me to seek out additional education in which I am currently enrolled as a nursing student at FAU.
