I became a care giver because I'm compassionate about my grandmother, I love her very much and taking care of her was a joy for me. The best thing I like about being a care giver is that I'm glad when I know I'm responsible for making an elderly person feel much better and safe and secure. I'm proud of myself because I went back to school and became a certified nursing assistant to further my career and goals. I'm a very understanding and caring person and I'm very knowledgable about caring for the elder because I've done so for many years with my own grandmother. I'm timely and efficient very trust worthy and I try to do my job assigned to me to the best of my ability.

Hi! My name is Kristen and I'm a mother to a wonderful 6 year old little boy. His name is Niko and by far is the greatest accomplishment in my life. He's taught what unconditional love is and to put others needs, wants, etc in front of your own and to be happy to do it! My background is in the medical field-I'm a Radiography Technician by trade. While I was in school I worked part-time as a HHA and I absolutely loved it. I loved helping and taking care of people. I've worked in Level 1 trauma centers, behavioral health facilities and in clients homes-and I enjoyed it all. Even though they were very different settings, I still enjoyed the one on one contact you have with your patients and that I was able to help them. I'm a very compassionate person and I get such a sense of fulfillment by helping hem or just talking to them. For fun I love spending time with family, reading, doing yoga and helping others. I would take care of your family as if they were my own. I've worked at an adolescent behavioral health facility and was an Administrator at an ALF so I had to be cleared thru AHCA and DCf both national background check/ screenings.

I became a caregiver because I love providing home caregiving services to those that would otherwise not be able to do so. The smile on their faces is overwhelming and makes me feel I have done my job right. I have always enjoyed helping people so I know I am doing the right thing.
