I have been a caregiver for 10 years. I truly enjoy my job and do not do it simply for the money.

I have always loved taking care of the elderly. You have to have the heart. I started out by being there for my mom until she left me. Then when I lossed her I said why not take care of others. I hope I be able to have the same done for myself if I be around that long. Honest, Dependable, Trustworthy.. I like to have fun get to know my client. Become friends and have a relationship. That is what makes me a good caregiver. Have excellent references.

what make me a great caregiver, is my ability to have patiece and to try to understand the needs of the individual and try my best to help them accomplish their goals. I became a caregiver to assist those individuals, with disabilities to achieve their individual goals and responsibilities . What I like about being a caregiver, is to be able to come into an individual 's home assist the individual with whatever their needs they may have to undertake and we accomplish their task together. one of my personal achievements, was when the individual that I was working with with couldn't remember staff's names but always call them friend. He would make reference to staff members as the title Friend. I began to work on that goal with him and through repeatious actions he started to repeat the staffs names and remembered them. That goal accomplishment, made the individual happy and also staff.

have been a caregiver for over 8 years I started working as a caregiver right after high school and never stopped . There's nothing I love more than making someone's day brighter. It is very important for me to build an honest & trusting relationship with my client and their families . I have worked with all types of clients with certain diseases or disabilities such as dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's disease, lung cancer, wheelchair bound and Hospice patients and so many more. I am currently working on furthering my career in home health. My future plans are to open up my own agency one day to make it better for clients and children with disabilities .

I'm very patient and kind when it comes to others. Seeing the way others treated disabled people made me become a care giver, I wanted to help become the change in the world. I enjoy helping and seeing my clients smile the most.

Helping people is the most rewarding job I could ever have. I became a CNA (Certified Nurse Assistant) in hopes to work as much as I can with people to provide the help they need in a respectful, dignified, happy way.

To be completely honest it was about the money at first, but upon my first day of work it felt as if the money didn't matter to much anymore. There were people who totally depended on individuals to assist them with basic daily activities that we take for granted. After that first day I knew where I needed to be and what I wanted to do

I am very patient as well as compassionate. 2.Being a caregiver gives a person a sense of worth, you are helping others do things that they can no longer do by themselves. 3.My personal achievement that I'm most proud of is taking complete care of my home-bound father for twelves years by myself. 4.I have what many people has described as an old soul. My parents had me at an older age, so I grew up around older people and they became the center of my life. I have worked previously as a CNA, QMA, Pharmacy Tech and now as a Home Health Aide.When not working I am attending church or shopping. I walk two miles everyday as the weather permit, and visit the sick and shut in.

Am a caring person that's what makes me a great caregiver. How I became a caregiver. My Mother became ill, I took care of her for 12 years. God has blessed me to have been a caregiver for 18 years. I have met so many precious people young and elderly and I treat them all the same , my extended family that I care for.

I have been only caregiver business for over 15years I love what I do and if given the chance I guarantee you you will love what I can do for your loved ones either if it's bathing feeding clothing it's all about your loved ones and her happiness and well-being and that is my main concern is to take care of their everyday needs with much love and caring as possible I am now working Chula Vista South Bay Area ! I am no longer working Pulse I don't not take resident to Dr appments

my name is Rosalind Rowe been certified for 22 yrs. in the field of assisting the elderly with ADL"s each day I perform to the best of my ability compassionate,honest,clean down to earth duties for people all kind a special skill in any environment of help keeping a quite & safe atmosphere.my personal achievement raising 3 children and putting 1 thru nursing school now that makes me proud to hear her say i'm fixin to go to work. my training grow year after year as I've grown love my profession and most all no one can take it away from me i'm very intelligent & kind hearted I believe in for sure.I've worked in a variety of setting etc. (facilities hospitals homes u name it i'll be there)

Taking care of people in need, on and off the clock, is my calling. It's what I do naturally, and what I do best. I love having the ability to see another human being through what can be the hardest time of their life. Giving each individual that I take of a piece of my strength, my mobility, my hope for them. I've been taking care of my own grandparents since I was about 12yrs old. They taught me that there is no great gift that I can give than myself. I took that and became a nursing assistant at a hospital. There I was able to experience different people in different areas of their lives, I somehow I was able to help them all. I absolutely love what I do. I'm a very passionate person, and sharing that passion with others is something I look forward to doing. I believe that this is what I'm meant to do.

I became a caregiver because I wanted to feel rewarded without getting anything in return. I had always have this passion for helping others. personally I love working with people. I also like helping people being there when they need. I worked homehealth aid 4 yrs in the past I loved it... since then I graduated from school for medical assistant.. I got certified with that so ill be able to work with people period in hospital clinics and private dr offices.. so im truly interested and cant nobody else do a better job then me..

The reason why I'm a great caregiver I love helping people out. Just the the though of putting a smile on someone face bring joy to my heart. I have help my grandmother out with my grandfather for about 6 years now, and I have attend St. Louis Job Corps for my training. I just love the fact that I can help someone family out just by taking care of their relative.
