I am 27 years old. I have been in the health care field since I was 18. I have a significant amount of patient care experience, not only in the hospital setting but in home health care as well. I am very passionate about what I do, and I strive tremendously on helping other people. I am very dependable, trustworthy, and reliable with an incredible worth ethic. My name is Morgan. I am a CNA and have years experience with home healthcare, long term care, and the hospital setting. I am a dedicated and compassionate individual who strives to provide the best care I possibly can to residents or patients. I believe that my patient care skills make me a natural fit for this position. I have experience performing Nursing Assistant duties, including feeding, grooming and bathing patients while helping them with their other basic care needs. I assist the nurses with their daily duties when needed. My compassion for patients, along with my ability to communicate well with them, has always made me an asset in the workplace. I became a cna as majority of my family is the medical field so it grew on me. I will be going back to school to finish the nursing program. This isn't a paycheck for me, this is truly where my heart is. Nothing makes my day better than knowing I did my job, I gave the best care I could give before their last breath, before the are sent home, or just at the end of the shift.

I love people. My entire life I have loved meeting and getting to know people. I am a fun, upbeat person who would love to help you and your loved ones be more comfortable. I have been a caregiver for years when it comes to pets, children, people with mental disabilities and have been working with seniors for a few months now and I really am dedicated to making others lives easier. I am a fast learner so if your loved ones are very particular I can take notes and talk to them and make sure they are happy with me and my services.

I am a personable and trustworthy person and a very quick learner. I enjoy helping people and keeping them comfortable in their homes. I graduated early from High School and provided in home care at the age of 17 for my grandmother that suffered from dementia and diabetes.

I believe I am a good caregiver because I always make sure my residents and patients receive the best care possible. I became a CNA because I have always wanted to take care of people ever since I was little. Becoming a caregiver can also help me become a better CNA.

I have always liked helping people. In 2002 I completed the nursing assistant program but never took the certification test due to I moved and went off to college. What really made me realize caring for those in need was my calling was in 2010 my step father was diagnosed with cancer and I had to help care for him but his last few months I was hired by DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES to care for him 7 days a week when he became terminal. I have to say that was the best and hardest position I ever had because the work I was doing really made a difference and made me realize the best reward was helping someone else. There is no bigger reward then seeing or feeling the gratitude from someone you have helped or are helping to feel better or gain a better quality of life.

I want to change people lives, and make them feel special and know that there is someone there to help them. I enjoying knowing that I made a difference in someone life today. That I was able to help people with varies disabilities. I am reliable, dependable, loving, caring, respectful, outgoing, hardworker, most importantly understanding to the needs of someone elses

I became a caregiver because I like taking care of others. The thing I like about being a caregiver, is the relationships that I have gotten from the people I have taken care of. My personal achievement that I am proud of is that I am currently enrolled in the LPN program and that I have gotten my CNA. I am a very hard worker and I enjoy taking care of others.

On top of giving quality care, you have to be compassionate. I am the one to listen to the person when they are upset or want to tell you a story from their past. I like to hear their concerns about life. I come from a large family and we all took care of each other. Besides helping others, I enjoy learning about someone's past. I like to know that families consider me a confidante and a friend long after I am done working.

I have been taking care of my grandparents majority of my life. So I am very familiar with how hard times can be while taking care of loved ones. I appreciate the feeling I get while taking care of others who are in need. I am compassionate and I take what I do very serious . Whether it's companionship or not I've always been well at putting smiles on those I care for, smiles on their faces. Many only do so because they have to, I do it because I love to. It's not only fulfilling for the people I take care of or their families, it is fulfilling for me as well.
